Warranty on products purchased from our store will be reference to your Delivery date of installation.

Warranty covers:

DC/AC Motor 2 year’s local warranty

UV Light 2 year’s local warranty

Fan blowers 2 year’s local warranty

Led lights 2 year’s local warranty

Main board 2 year’s local warranty 

Free First year onsite Local warranty cover manufacturer defect 

This warranty DOES NOT cover Labour and Transport cost, after free first year onsite local warranty

 The cost of evaluation, transport and labour, if any shall be borne by you.

Liability:

Coverage will not, under any circumstances, extend to any loss or injury to a person or loss or damage to property or any incidental, contingent, special or any direct or indirect loss and consequential damages including but not limited to losses incurred due to any delay in rendering service related to this Contract and loss of use during the period that your Product is at an authorized repairer and/or while awaiting for replacement parts to arrive.

Warranty not covers:

This warranty DOES NOT cover those parts subject to wear and tear and will be void if:

Accessories and external parts including but not limited to frame, control buttons, remote control, batteries, cable and etc.

Warranty does not cover accessories external to the Product.

Cosmetic Damage to outer surface/finishing including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on exterior casing, levers, control knobs and other attachments.

The damage is directly or indirectly caused by household pest’s infestation.

Failure caused by a voltage converter and /or applying incorrect voltage to the Product.

Burglary, theft, normal wear and tear, scratching, chewing, spilled liquids, corrosion, animal and insect infestation, fungi, wet or dry rot, or bacteria, misuse, neglect and abuse.

Any loss or damage to the Product resulting from an act of God including but not limited to natural disaster, fire, flood, war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations, civil war, civil commotion.

Any convulsion of nature or failure to follow operational instructions.

To validate coverage, please ensure you keep all the proof of purchase, such as sales receipts for the purchase of the Product.

Products damaged due to tamper, if repairs or product modifications have been carried out by unauthorized service organizations or persons, misuse, negligence, or operation of the product contrary to the instructions contained in the products manual. If the defect is the result of excessive use outside the intended purpose, e.g. non-stop use in a commercial environment. This warranty does NOT extend to external/internal appearances, remote control, buttons, poles and external parts. Claim for repair /service affected elsewhere will not be entertained.
