Delivery Policy

What are the delivery fees?

All prices of Smartvard Automated Laundry System, include local delivery and Standard installation.

What are the delivery time slot?

Our installation slots are available from Monday to Saturday (except Public Holiday) at these time slots:

9am – 11am

11am – 1pm

1pm – 3pm

3pm – 5pm

5pm – 7pm

Please secure your desired slot at least 1 weeks in advance.

Delivery will be made within the stipulated slot.

Installation may take about 1.5 hours – 2 hours depending on the complexity of work.

178 Smartcare to deliver your order with installation will be arranged by appointment basis, subject to availability stock of your order and schedule. Due to drilling works to installation of laundry system we have to adhere to HDB and/or building management guidelines on the hours allowed, between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm on weekdays and Saturdays Not Including Sunday and Public Holidays.
