I'm not a big fan of dryer. Limited weight. So I have decided to invest in automated laundry system. Narrow down to 2 major company. This one and the big one "S". I decided to buy this one. The salesperson in charge is not pushy into sales. He will explain in depth the pros and cons. That's what I like. Bought the X9 elite. Came the installation, (I was late as was in hectic period), the technician install with proper care, explain which is better and the steps in doing the laundry.
